Keef, better known as Kayf, in most ancient cultures translates to “pleasurable intoxication”, and for good reason. The high potency keef off the trichomes of the cannabis flower forms into a sticky powder-like resin, rich in cannabinoids.
Since the finished keef is extremely concentrated, a minimal amount is usually needed to achieve the desired effect. It can be consumed as is, or blended with other smokable products. Usually formed into pressed blocks, it is the source to which hash is made.
